This Privacy Policy describes how RetentionRx (“RetentionRx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our public marketing website or submit a demo request. It does not govern data processed inside the RetentionRx customer portal or under a separate subscription agreement.
1. Who we are
RetentionRx provides fitness retention intelligence software for studios and gyms. Our marketing site is operated from Las Vegas, Nevada. Questions about this policy may be sent to privacy@retentionrx.fit.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you use the “Book a Demo” form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, studio or gym name, studio type, and approximate member count range.
Automatic information. Like most websites, our servers may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps when you load pages or submit forms.
Local storage. We may store a small entry in your browser’s local storage to remember whether you have seen an optional marketing intro animation, so it is not shown on every visit. You can clear this by clearing site data in your browser.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the marketing site.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to demo requests and communicate with you about RetentionRx;
- Operate, secure, and improve our marketing website;
- Comply with law and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us send email, host infrastructure, or operate the site, under contractual obligations to protect your data;
- Professional advisors (such as lawyers or accountants) when reasonably necessary;

We retain demo request information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, evaluate business opportunities, and maintain reasonable business records, unless a longer period is required by law.
